1. Cancellation policy

The following cancellation policy is applicable on all of our room reservations:
Cancellations up to 72 hours before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations after this or in case of a ‘No Show’ will be charged for the whole booking.

The following cancellation policy is applicable on group reservations (4 rooms or more):
Cancellations up to 5 days in advance are free of charge. Up to 3 days in advance, 2 rooms can be canceled free of charge. Cancellations after this or in case of a ‘ No Show; will be charged for the whole booking of each room.

ATTENTION: cancellations are only valid when applied by email. On all reservations, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry are applicable.

2. Smoking

Hotel Vesper is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking in and from the hotel rooms and public areas
is forbidden. If our guests do not comply with these rules, the hotel will charge a fee.

3. Pets

No pets are allowed in the hotel.

4. Uniform Conditions of the Hospitality Industry

The Uniform Conditions of the Hospitality Industry
are applied on all of our agreements and reservations.
